XXY Magazine brings you a panel of some of the best writers and journalists in the industry. Learn how to get your writing published and find out how to make it in journalism from industry insiders at XXY Magazine’s first writing event #LetsTalkAboutIt Pt. One: Write or Wrong?

How do you make it in the fast paced creative media industry? What skills are required to be an editor? How do you come up with great ideas to pitch? will be questions asked on Wednesday 3rd May alongside personal experiences, a chance to network, and an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

With a panel including Bianca Bass, writer and blogger, Charlie Brinkhurst-Cuff, Opinions Editor at gal-dem Magazine, Rosalind Jana, Journalist, Author of ‘Notes on Being Teenage’ and Junior Editor at Violet Magazine, and hosted by Tahmina Begum, Editor-in-Chief at XXY Magazine, together these industry experts will share tips on how to get published, give their insight into what makes a great editor, offer advice on how to pitch and lots more.

The panel will round off with a question and answer session where the audience are invited to ask any questions they have surrounding writing, media and the industry.
